On a hectic Saturday we dropped in for dinner. Small party of three of us. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. As a starter, the cauliflower fritters, with curry sauce, were superb. Lovely chicken, ham and leek pie to follow and rounded off with a creme brulee and fruit compote. Washed down with a couple of bottles of beautifully smooth Rioja (one just wasn't enough) we returned home slowly but happily.

Our main menu is served 6pm to 8.45pm, Wednesday and Thursday, midday to 8.45pm on Friday and Saturday. The Sunday Lunch Menu is available from 12 to 3.30pm. Fresh haddock & chips plus other items are available to take-away Wednesday to Saturday. Walk-ins welcome, reservations recommended.
